Environment Drift Detector

Upload the same configuration for 2–4 environments (.env, .json, .yaml, .tfvars or .properties). Keys missing from an environment and tunables that differ (TTLs, flags, pool sizes) count as drift; hosts, URLs and credentials are expected to differ and do not. Dangerous patterns — prod pointing at a dev/UAT host, debug on in prod, one secret reused across environments — are flagged high. Secret values are masked in the report.
